Terms of Service

1. The service

Wolvy provides video hosting, encoding, encryption (including multi-DRM licensing), an embeddable player, and analytics ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of videos you upload. You grant Wolvy the technical rights needed to encode, encrypt, store and deliver them to your viewers — nothing more. We never sell, license or train on your content.

3. Acceptable use

You must own or hold rights to everything you upload. Prohibited content and anti-piracy obligations are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. DRM & keys

Encryption keys and DRM licenses are managed by Wolvy on your behalf and are never delivered alongside video files. Protection levels depend on the plan and viewer device capabilities; hardware limitations (e.g., resolution caps on non-hardware-DRM devices) are inherent to DRM systems.

5. Billing

Plans are billed in advance (EGP or USD). Overage handling, upgrades and cancellation are described on the pricing page. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

6. Availability

We target high availability but the Service is provided "as is"; scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may affect delivery. Custom SLAs are available on Custom plans.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts violating these terms, with notice where practical. On termination you may export your original files within 30 days.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wolvy's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. No security system is absolute; we do not guarantee prevention of every possible infringement (see the honest-limits section of our FAQ).
