▸ PROTECTION

Can screen recording really be stopped?
Inside the Wolvy Player app (App-Only mode) — yes. Android's FLAG_SECURE makes any capture come out black. In browsers, DRM stops downloads and rips entirely; a determined pirate is left pointing a phone camera at a screen, and forensic watermarking traces even that back to their account.
What is DRM, in one paragraph?
Your video is encrypted before it leaves the server. To play it, a viewer's device requests a decryption license tied to their session. No license, no playback — even if someone downloads every file. Widevine (Google), PlayReady (Microsoft) and FairPlay (Apple) are the three industry systems, and Wolvy uses all of them.
What happens if a video leaks anyway?
First: direct rips don't play, so realistic leaks are camera recordings. Every stream carries a per-viewer watermark, so we identify the source account — you ban it, keep the evidence, and the leak dies at one copy instead of one thousand.

▸ TECH

Which devices and browsers are supported?
Everything modern: Chrome, Edge and Firefox (Widevine), Safari on macOS/iOS (FairPlay), Windows apps (PlayReady), Android and smart TVs — plus the Wolvy Player app for App-Only content.
Why do some devices max out at 480p?
Honest answer: devices without hardware-backed DRM (older or rooted Android, some browsers) can't protect HD content to studio standards. Instead of blocking those viewers, Wolvy caps them at 480p. Your students keep watching; your HD master stays protected. This is the same trade-off Netflix makes.
Will it slow my site down?
No — the player embeds asynchronously, streams come from CDN edges near the viewer, and adaptive bitrate matches each connection. Playback typically starts in under two seconds.

▸ BILLING

How do I pay?
Fawry, Visa or Mastercard, billed in EGP (USD available for international teams). No contract lock-in — cancel anytime from the dashboard.
What's the refund policy?
First-time subscriptions get a 14-day money-back window if you're not satisfied. Details in the refund policy.

▸ MIGRATION

I'm on YouTube unlisted / Vimeo / Drive. How painful is moving?
Less painful than staying. Bulk-upload your library (we help with big ones), swap each old embed for a Wolvy snippet, and you're done — viewers notice nothing except that link sharing stopped working. Most course sites migrate in an afternoon.
Can Wolvy work inside my LMS or membership plugin?
Yes — anywhere an embed or iframe works: WordPress, Teachable-style platforms, custom LMS builds, and mobile apps via webview or API.
