1. Who this covers

Two groups: customers (account holders who upload content) and viewers (people who watch videos through the Wolvy player).

2. What we collect from customers

• Account data: name, email, phone, company, billing details.
• Usage data: uploads, settings, dashboard activity.

3. What we collect from viewers

• Playback telemetry: IP address, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, watch time and engagement events.
• Security signals: session identifiers and forensic watermark data used to protect the content owner's videos and trace leaks.

This data is shown to the content owner as analytics and is used to operate DRM protection. Viewers are not profiled for advertising, and their data is never sold.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies only on the marketing site (language preference, session). The embedded player uses technical storage strictly for playback and security.

5. Retention & deletion

Analytics are retained while the customer's account is active. Customers can request deletion of viewer-level records; account deletion removes personal data within 30 days except where law requires longer retention.
