Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; no further charges follow. Your videos remain encrypted and downloadable by you for 30 days after expiry.

2. 14-day first-purchase guarantee

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment if the Service doesn't fit their needs, provided usage remained within trial-scale limits (reasonable uploads and bandwidth for evaluation).

3. Renewals

Renewal charges are refundable within 72 hours if no meaningful usage occurred in the new cycle. Otherwise, cancel to stop future renewals.

4. Non-refundable

• Bandwidth/storage overage already consumed.
• Custom-plan setup or migration work already performed.

5. How to request

Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Refund". We process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days.
